We produce and sell a range of Korean inpsired sauces. The recipes for our sauces were first dreamt up in our fast casual restaurant called Chimac in Dublin 2

• They are a versatile product – multi use as an ingredient, condiment and marinade. The format is larger than that of a traditional hot sauce as it has many more applications. They can also be used in a number of different applications across mealtimes - from breakfast to BBQs to snack time

Chimac’s Korean Hot Sauce is made with gochujang, vinegar, spices and a whole lot of love. The result is an unmistakably tangy, funky flavour with just the right amount of heat. Perfect for marinating meats, spicing up rice bowls, eggs and sandwiches.
K-BBQ Sauce.Inspired by Korea & made in Dublin. A flavour aphrodisiac that’s both sweet and saucy.
Chimac’s K-BBQ sauce is a fresh take on American BBQ flavours funked up with traditional Korean ingredients. It’s the perfect mix of fermented soybeans, brown sugar and a bunch of tasty spices. The result is a unique yet temptingly familiar funky BBQ sauce that’s sweet, vinegary and undoubtedly delicious. Slather on sandwiches, marinade meats or use it to dunk your pizza crusts!
