Sirha is a leading French trade fair for the foodservice and hospitality sector, taking place every two years at Eurexpo Lyon. In 2023 there were over 200,000 trade professionals, 4700 exhibitors from 12 sectors and brands and 616 new products and innovations.  This year there are 225,000 visitors expected to arrive at Sirha Lyon 2025.
