From humble beginnings at his kitchen table, Robert Bullock has taken an idea and developed it into a thriving, award winning patisserie business.
With the support of his talented team of patisserie chefs, Le Patissier produces in excess of two million handmade desserts and patisserie annually. All products are made from scratch, using only the finest Irish ingredients where possible.
Production is run from a purpose built kitchen that has tripled in size over the last 4 years to meet the demand of the ever increasing and diverse customer base. With over 50 clients within the food service, retail and airline sectors, Le Patissier is known within the industry for delivering bespoke quality produce.
