Anuga, one of the world’s largest food trade fairs, is being held in Cologne, Germany from October 9th – 13th 2021. This year for the first time, the physical show will be combined with a digital event platform, “Anuga@Home”, from October 11th to 13th.
Anuga takes place every second year and remains a crucial landmark on the global food industry calendar. In 2019, 77% of visitors and 91% of exhibitors were from outside of Germany. There were over 7,500 stands exhibiting at Anuga in 2019 compared to 4,000 exhibitors this year.
