We select the finest ingredients possible sourcing locally as much as we can to showcase the beautiful ingredients this country has to offer. We are young classically trained pastry chefs who have worked alongside industry leaders both here and abroad now we are delighted to share our own style and love for a chocolate. Like many others we had plans to travel abroad and expand our knowledge and experience in the industry before Covid hit. Starting our own business was the Silver lining of the lockdowns for us and our business has been going from strength to strength since.Our mission is the elevate chocolate to the next level. We like to create a journey of the senses for our customers from the moment they open the carefully designed custom-made packaging to finding the beautiful and delicious edible works of art inside. Our chocolate bonbons are unique in both appearance and taste. We like to offer new and exciting flavours and textures within our ranges.
