Oakpark has invested heavily in recent years to bring the most modern slicing and tractability technology available in the food industry. Our factory in Cahir, Co. Tipperary now supplies premium pork and bacon retail products right across Europe and further afield. We also produce high end value added foodservice products.

We operate to the highest international standards with quality the benchmark of our company policy. A family run business embedded in the Irish Agri food sector, our success has come from an absolute commitment to customer service, NPD, sustainability and product integrity. Our commitment to quality and NPD is most evident from the amount of awards we have won in recent years, most notably The Gold Medal Award for Bacon at the Grocer Food and Drink Awards in 2016 and 2017.

With the huge buzz around health and wellness in the market we have decided to invest in a product that fits this key growth area. We have spent 12 months developing a Turkey rasher and lardon product that's now performing very strongly in the UK retail market. We are also offering for the first time a fresh premium foodservice Turkey rasher that's low fat and high protein, perfect for a healthy treat on any menu.
