Tipperary Boutique Distillery Ltd is a start-up whiskey company, co-founded by 2 families with complementary skills in farming and distilling.
In 2020, we released our first whiskey distilled at another Irish distillery from our own homegrown barley and matured in a traditional warehouse on our family farm.
We tell a uniquely Irish story. We have true heritage from our farm in Tipperary, embodied in our homegrown, single estate whiskey. This authentic local provenance provides a uniquely valuable experience to sophisticated, knowledgeable whiskey drinkers.
We also opened our farm distillery in November 2020, specifically tailored to distil our own homegrown barley.
In 2021 we will release our single pot still, homegrown Irish whiskey and a range of additional spirits from our stills, including a gin and a brandy from local apples.
